Standard Features
The PMC “Classic” Series PH/PHX was “Designed with the Customer in
Mind” to provide applicator friendly and serviceability to meet today’s
market place demands.
The electrical console has been designed to eliminate the use of delicate circuit
boards and displays.
The open frame design format allows easy access to all components.
Automatic ISO lubrication system.
Manual Hose Heat Tap Settings to match length of hose being used.
Pressure Balance Control (PBC).
The reversing system is initiated by proximity switches and controlled by solid
state relays to virtually assure maintenance free operation and long service life.
The Auto Shut Down Counter stops the machine before the drum runs empty avoiding possible cavitation, downtime and
spraying off ratio material. The counter is adjustable to be set by the operator.
Point to Point wiring scheme makes troubleshooting a snap. All components are easily replaceable and readily available.
Opposed piston pumping is the industry benchmark and includes durable and easily serviceable ball checks.
The temperature sensing unit (TSU) operates in real time, sending a signal to the controller to maintain the chemical at the
optimum temperature. The thermocouple that reads the temperature can be quickly replaced without removing the TSU
block, a unique design feature that saves time and money.
Available up to 21Kw of heat, 2000-3500 psi and fixed ratios of up to 1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1, & 4.3:1.

How do I return an item?
Parts Orders
When ordering parts, be certain you are ordering the correct part. If you are uncertain on which part to order, please call 855.777.2955. To insure that parts are shipped correctly, please always double check your shipping address and speed of shipment (ground, 2-day, overnight) with every parts order.
Return Policy on Parts
Wrong Part Shipped:
It is our goal to ship parts quickly, accurately, and on-time. Any parts that are shipped incorrectly (shipping of wrong or defective part), will receive a full credit (including shipping) if parts are returned in unused condition within 10 days from original receipt. Contact Equipment Options Direct at 855.777.2955 for details prior to return.
Package Damaged in Shipment:
Please inspect all packages carefully prior to accepting the package from your delivery driver. Any damages to packages must be noted at the time of receipt, with the driver, and noted on the delivery form prior to signing.
If shipment damage is not seen until after the driver has left the package, Equipment Options Direct must be notified within 24 hours. In this instance, credit may be limited to amount recovered from delivery carrier. It is important to inspect all packages immediately.
Other Returns:
If you determine a part is no longer needed, or the wrong part was ordered, credit will be issued under the following conditions:
Parts must be returned within 15 days from original receipt Parts must be in new, unused condition.
Shipping is not refundable. A 15% ($5 minimum) restocking fee will be deducted from credit.
Large Equipment and special order items may not be returnable, call for details: 855.777.2955
